- Build and develop partnership channel to optimise Elite Fitness’s brand awareness, and to increase traffic and revenue through partnership and business development programmes.
- Working with Head of Marketing & BD to build a PNS and BD plan with a clear target for PNS team members.
- Propose new ideas and implement PNS strategy to exchange benefits with partners and vice versa.
- Report on the results of partnership and business development activities/programmes.
- Build PNS network, work and maintain relationships with them.
- Cooperation with other departments to make proposal and implement the PNS deal.
- Tracking and measuring efficiency.
- Evaluation, periodical or ad-hoc reports.
- Other paperwork such as sign acceptance minutes, payment documents….
- Supporting Campaign team in some specific task: partnership deal, call for sponsorship.
- Supporting Content team in content guidance, planning & schedule, content pillars and copywriting…related to PNS and BD deals.
+ At least 3 years
+ University Degree in Economics/Marketing/Communication
+ Excellent in English
+ Strong communications and interpersonal skills
+ Talented in writing both English and Vietnamese
+ Experience in fitness or beauty industry is preference
+ Literate in Microsoft Office
+ Leadership Skills
+ Problem solving skills
