1. Operate and keep track of interactions over digital channels including:
• Website: Manage website content.
• Fanpage, Groups, Instagram: keep track on these performance indicators, update new trends that fit with brands, adapt and inform content team to execute.
• Email: Content and order design, choose potential data and send. (external and internal)
• SMS: Planning, budget, content (event, promotion)
• Own media: Uploading/Removing visual for TV screen, E-standee, system of treadmill….
• Digital Advertising: set-up, publish, manage and report.
2. Research and Development:
• Evaluate competitors and industry practices online.
• Collect and analyze data from all digital channels
• Seek for suitable tools to reduce work effort
3. Receive order from campaign PIC, consulting on idea for ads UI, enhance ads UX, implementing and monitoring ad results, including:
- Combination with PIC to define target audience (TA).
- Combination with copywriter for translating from TA to key content to enhance ads UI & UX
- Combination with design team for translation from TA to key visual to enhance ads UI & UX
4. Review ad results and adjust the plan of existing month to propose plan for next month
- 1-3 year experience in Digital marketing position
- Bachelor or higher, prefer Marketing
- Fluent English
- Ability to work as a part of a team. Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
