Advertise recruitment info through recruitment channels as social network, email marketing, internal email, ect
Assess current recruitment channels and propose new effective approaches to potential candidates
Screen CV and arrange interview schedule with appropriate candidates
Directly interview and assess candidates
Find and collect idea, image/ video sources for publishing recruitment post on fan page
Make weekly recruitment report.
HR’S OPERATION (60%)
Update Master list and Group HR software for all employees at HCM: personal information, salary, promotion, demotion, discipline, new comer & resigned staff
Save employees hard copy profile, labor contract, decision…
Remind employees, HODs about the timeline of probation assessment, performance assessment, quarterly assessment…
Check, review all assessment based on company policy before submitting to HR Supervisor, HR Manager & BOD
Prepare HR documents: labor contract, probation extension, promote & demote decision, other decision & notice…
Count and check monthly working day following Group policy and the payroll timeline; Check monthly annual leave
Follow email, CMS account, company account status: register for new comer, deactivate for resigned staff, update in case they have any change
Follow, update health Insurance list, and work with health Insurance to make reimbursement for HCMC employee
Follow Work permit/ Visa/ Residence card status of Expat, support related legal issue (advise, submit document to Labor Department, Immigration Department…)
Register the PIT number for new employee, register dependent document for family circumstance deduction.
Other tasks and reports by HR Supervisor, HR Manager & BOD
At least 2-year experience in HR on recruitment and daily operation.
Bachelor in Law, Economics, Commerce, Hospitality, Business Management, HR Management or other related fields
Intermediate English level
Good at communication and presentation skill
Good at time management and problem-solving skill
Experienced, service-oriented and willing to support is an advantage
