1. Work with the whole team to develop the efficient procedure for OS&E
2. Assist the procurement team in understanding product needs and assist in the determination of product usage and specifications, along with seeking new, alternate, or better products
3. Collaborate with operators on appropriate product specifications, guidlines, and standards.
4. Coordinate with procurement control team & operator when there's further questions from them on the spec or changes of items/vendors. Manage conflict resolutions and handle all disputes swiftly and efficiently
5. Deliver informative and smart dashboard of timeline for OS&E delivery, and ensure the whole team & related parties are well-awared
6. Maintain confidential supplier files and databases including order logs, requisitions, purchase orders, pricing, certificate of product liability insurance, and general supplier information
7. Make the list of OS&E and correspondent budget for self-managed projects of BIM, defense & get approval from Director of Operation and Head of Hospitality before proposing to BOD for approval
8. Training & develop team
9. Other adhoc projects.
1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in Business administration, Supply Chain or relevant fields.
2. 5 years of quality control in 5* hotel, procurement management in hotel or project supply management in hospitality.
