- Synthesize necessary information to support architects in bidding for design consultancy
- Assist architects & other departments to negotiate contracts with foreign design consultants
- Make payments for design consultants & track the progress of payment
- Work with Project Management Consultants/Contractors/Purchasing department to make payments, contracts, addendums for design consultants
- Set up meetings with foreign design consultants at BIM projects in Ha Long/Hanoi/Phu Quoc
- Perform works on BIM systems such as construction, payment, purchasing…
- Follow up the design progress of BIM projects
- Carry out periodical and occasional reports as per Director and Company’s requests.
- Make PR about business travel such as booking flights, accommodation
- Work directly with the banks to solve problems for payments for foreign design consultants
- Process other administrative tasks as required
1. Degree of Bachelor in Business Management, Economics, Design, Construction, English or related fields
2. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience as admin staff or similar position at large corporations
3. Excellent in English speaking and writing
4. Good communication and people skills
5. Self-motivated, hard-working and fast learner
6. Being able to work under pressure
