- Collect data & conduct in-depth research for real estate market
- Run FS model & prepare investment reports for new project
- Prepare slides to introduce BIM’s real estate projects to partners, agencies, sale team,
- Support to build sale policy/ sale price for real estate project
- Other tasks as required by Department head and BOD
1. Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Investment
2. year experience in real estate industry
3. Strong technical skills sets on Excel, Powerpoint
4. Fluent in both written and verbal English
5. Proficiency in FS models, investment ratio and strong analytical, quantitative skills
6. Insight knowledge about real estate market, law, policy...
7. CFA/CPA candidates are preferred
